The app itself
UnpluggedAI runs AI language models directly in your browser via WebGPU. AI-generated replies can be wrong, outdated, or misleading — verify anything important yourself before relying on it. Do not use this app for anything illegal, or for advice (medical, legal, financial) you have not verified with a qualified professional.
Models
Model weights download from WebLLM's public model hosting on Hugging Face and are subject to their own third-party licenses, separate from these terms.
Accounts and Pro billing
Signing in uses Google Sign-In via Firebase Authentication. Pro plans (Monthly or Lifetime) are billed and managed through Stripe, and are subject to Stripe's own payment terms as well as this policy:
- Canceling a Monthly subscription stops future renewals; it does not retroactively refund periods already paid for.
- Lifetime is a one-time purchase — once granted, it isn't downgraded or replaced by a later Monthly purchase.
- Refund requests go to the contact below and are handled case by case.
Changes
We may update these terms as the app changes; continuing to use the app after an update means you accept the new terms. Material changes will be reflected by the "Last updated" date above.
